😄 A Joyful Month of April

"Throughout April, I was truly happy keeping the Book of Genesis by my side. With every chapter I examined, there was a joy of new discovery, much like finding hidden treasures deep within the Scriptures. I offer my deepest gratitude to God for granting me such spiritual abundance and happiness during this short time."

📜 [Reflections on Completing Genesis] The God Who Shaped Man from Dust and Molded Israel

What I discovered through Genesis this month was the unrelenting love of God toward insignificant lives.

📍 What I saw were not 'Heroes' The portrayal of the ancestors in Genesis was shockingly raw and honest. Abraham’s fear, Jacob’s household stained by favoritism and deception, and the brothers plagued by jealousy and corruption... They were by no means an extraordinary people. Morally and spiritually, they were no different from the Canaanites.

📍 God’s Faithfulness Covering Human Limitations It is undeniable that the strength and power Israel possesses today are not due to their own superiority, but to God’s choice and promise. It was only possible because God’s hand, working behind the scenes of history, covered their transgressions with His faithfulness.

📍 The Weight of being 'Chosen' and the Essence to Ponder Even as God established the 'birthright,' He always embraced the outcasts outside that boundary. The purpose of choosing Israel was not for them to build their own fortress, but to become a 'conduit' of blessing to the entire world. However, today we must ask: are they using the power God gave them as a 'tool' to fill their own needs, rather than as a channel for others?

"We must remember it was not a flower blooming in the mud, but the Hand of God that molded the mud itself into a jewel."

The reason we must never forget that we were originally dust is that we are all finite lives who will eventually return to the earth.
